Mumble Note is an AI-powered note-taking app that helps you effortlessly capture, organize, and transform your ideas. Whether you’re speaking, typing, or doing both, Mumble Note combines your input to generate clean, structured notes, ready to be formatted, translated or rewritten using smart output templates.
Mumble Note supports recording meetings, voice journaling, and annotating screenshots, images, or links. The AI can extract content from visuals, summarize webpage links, and automatically group related notes into themed Collections, helping you stay organized by topic or project without any manual sorting.
It also identifies action items from your notes and lets you sync them to your favorite productivity tools or calendar apps, so your follow-ups are always where you need them.

What do I use Mumble Note for?
You can use Mumble Note to record meetings and conversations, brain-dump ideas, create to-do lists just by speaking, journal your thoughts, or quickly capture inspiration anytime.
Can I use Mumble Note to record meetings?
Yes. Mumble Note is perfect for recording meetings. You can record up to 2 hours per session, even with the screen off, on both iPhone and Apple Watch.
During recording, Mumble creates a full transcript and a structured note, preserving as much detail as possible. It also helps you identify key decisions, follow-ups, and generate action item lists automatically.
You can pause and resume anytime, and even take notes while recording. Mumble AI will smartly combine your voice and written input into one clear, structured meeting notes.
What can I do with Mumble Note?
Here are the key ways you can use Mumble Note, from core features to powerful extras:
Take voice notes: Tap the mic button on the Home Screen to start a voice note. You can create audio-only recordings, or add text or images to enrich your notes. Recording works even with the screen off, including on Apple Watch.
Edit notes: Mumble Note provides an AI-refined version of your notes with improved subtitles. You can also access a clean transcript, both of which are shareable and copyable. Edit your notes using the format, translation or output features.
Follow-up note: Use Follow-up note to add new thoughts to an existing note, keeping related ideas connected.
Collection: Mumble automatically suggests and groups related notes into themed collections. You can also create your own collections to keep related notes and ideas in the same place, and ask AI to draft new notes based on a collection of previous notes.
Link with to-do & calendar apps: Connect Mumble with your task manager or calendar to sync generated action items and schedule events straight from your notes.
WhatsApp integration: You can send images and links from WhatsApp directly to Mumble Note. These assets are saved and can be annotated, transcribed, or used in new notes.
Personal vocabulary: Add your own phrases, names, or terms. Mumble will recognize and use them when generating transcripts and content, improving contextual accuracy.
Chat with Mumble AI: Talk to Mumble AI about your notes, ask it to summarize, brainstorm, expand, or rewrite. You can also ask it to browse the internet on your behalf (Beta feature).
Languages: Mumble supports multiple languages. You can set your primary language in Settings, or let Mumble auto-detect your speech and respond accordingly. Generated content will follow your language preferences.
What Large Language Models does Mumble Note use?
Mumble Note uses advanced Large Language Models, including GPT-4o and Whisper, to deliver accurate and responsive note generation and transcription.
On which platforms is Mumble Note available?
Mumble Note is currently available on iPhone and Apple Watch. We’re working on launching a macOS version next, so stay tuned!
What integrations do you have?
Mumble Note integrates with WhatsApp, Things, Apple Reminder, Apple Calendar, Google Tasks and Google Calendar. You can learn more here.
How do you ensure the privacy and safty of my notes?
We store your encrypted notes securely in the cloud and never keep plain-text versions anywhere except on your device. Your notes are not used for AI training, and we do not access or view them. Additionally, we are incorporating on-device models to further enhance the privacy of your notes in the future.
