Mumble Note New Release: Dark Mode, Smarter Voice Notes, Google Sync, and More

The features we’ve been testing and refining in beta are now officially live for everyone on the App Store. This marks a big step forward in making Mumble Note more customizable, more connected, and more thoughtful, no matter what kind of note you’re taking.

🖤 Dark Mode

Dark Mode has been one of the most requested features, and it’s finally here. You can now switch between Light, Dark, or System default themes in Settings → Theme.

It’s a small change that makes a big difference, especially for night owls, ADHD users or anyone who prefers a calmer interface.

📅 Google Calendar & Task Integration

Tired of manually copying to-dos from your notes into your calendar? We get it. With the new Google integration, you can connect your account once and let Mumble handle the rest.

Events and action items mentioned in your voice notes will automatically show up in:

• Google Calendar

• Google Tasks

It’s like going from record to text to schedule, all in one flow.

Not all notes are the same. Now you can tell Mumble what kind of note you’re making before you hit record. This helps the AI tailor the structure and content to your goal — whether you’re jotting down tasks or capturing full meeting notes.

Choose from:

• Task – Extract clear action items and send them to your inbox

• Meeting – Automatically transcribe and summarize key points, decisions, and follow-ups. It works like a personal meeting summary tool

• Idea – Speak freely, and Mumble will organize your brainstorm into a coherent layout

• Quick Note – Just capture what’s on your mind, no structure needed

Whether you’re planning, recording, or reflecting, Mumble helps turn raw audio into useful output.

✨ A Few More Updates

• Tasks and to-do suggestions now appear directly inside your Collections, so there’s no need to switch tabs anymore

• We’ve renamed a few things to make the interface simpler:

  • Blocks → Notes

  • Pages → Collections
